Hamburger Stroganoff

Warning...this makes a TON of food...I cut it in half.

Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground beef
2 cans Cream of Mushroom
1 can Cream of Celery
2 cans mushroom pieces (or fresh mushrooms)
2 cans sliced Water Chestnuts
1/2 an onion
8 oz Sour Cream
Salt and Pepper

Brown ground beef with diced onion. Once browned, add all of the ingredients except the sour cream. Heat through and then add sour cream just before serving. I serve over rice.
